Schedule the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent

The Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent is a delivered workflow agent that you can't configure. To run it on a schedule, create a duplicate of its parent workflow, Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent Scheduler.

To schedule the agent, you need the ORA_HCM_IRC_RECRUITING_SCHEDULED_WF_AGENT_ACCESS privilege.

1. Go to Navigator > Tools > AI Agent Studio.
2. On the Workflows tab, search for Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent Scheduler.
3. Create a duplicate of the workflow.
4. Select the Settings icon.
5. Select Triggers > Schedule.
6. Add a schedule as required, and select Interval as the schedule type.

   We recommend that you run the agent at least every 5 minutes.
