Configure Profile Options for the Email Assistant

You need to configure the following profile options for the Recruiting Inbox Response Agent:

Number of minutes to disable the Send Reply action while the email assistant is processing the email.	ORA_IRC_2W_EMAIL_AGENT_USERACTION_DISABLE_DURATION	Enter the number of minutes. The default value is 15 minutes. The Send Reply button will be enabled once this time elapses. If you set this value less than the auto-skip time-out value, then the email will be available for both the recruiter and email assistant to respond because the Send Reply button will be enabled even while the agent is processing the email.
Number of minutes to wait for the email assistant to read and process the email. This profile option must be created and then set to the desired value.	IRC_2W_AGENT_AUTO_SKIP_TIMEOUT	Enter the number of minutes. The default value is 15 minutes. If the agent can't reply within this time, the email is available for the recruiter to respond.
Number of email assistant responses that can be sent across all candidates in a day.	ORA_IRC_2W_EMAIL_AGENT_SYSTEM_THROTTLE_LIMIT	The default value is 1000.
Number of email assistant responses that can be sent to a single candidate in a day.	ORA_IRC_2W_EMAIL_AGENT_CAND_THROTTLE_LIMIT	The default value is 5.
