Enable the Recruiting Inbox Document Processing Agent

The Recruiting Inbox Document Processing Agent is a child workflow of the Recruiting Email Assistant Template workflow in Oracle AI Agent Studio. This agent automatically processes attachments received from candidate emails, categorizes them into appropriate document types, and saves them to the candidate profile or job application depending on the email context. It runs independently of the Recruiting Inbox Response Agent.

The agent team code for this agent is ORA_HCM_IRC_EMAIL_ATTACHMENT_PROCESSING_AGENT.

Before you start

• Enable Email Attachments
• Configure and activate the required document types using the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information task in Setup and Maintenance.

Here's what to do

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:

   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience

   • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management

   • Task: Recruiting Messaging Configuration

2. Expand the Email Communications section.
3. In the Email Assistant section, select Enable the inbox document processing agent.
