Enable the Recruiting Inbox Response Agent

Enable the Recruiting Inbox Response Agent (email assistant) in Recruiting to process and respond to candidate emails.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience

    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management

    • Task: Recruiting Messaging Configuration

  2. Expand the Email Communications section.
  3. In the Email Assistant section, select the checkbox, Enable the inbox response agent.
