Upload Documents to the Recruiting Knowledge Factory Tool

Upload your organization’s policy and process documents to the Recruiting Knowledge Factory tool. This enables the Recruiting Inbox Response Agent (email assistant) to refer to them when answering candidate emails.

  1. Go to Navigator > Tools > AI Agent Studio.
  2. On the Tools tab, search for the Recruiting Knowledge Factory tool.
  3. To edit the tool, select the pencil icon in the Actions column.
  4. In the Documents section, add the document that you want the email assistant to refer when answering candidate questions.
  5. Enter a name for the document and set the document’s status to Ready to publish.
  6. Upload the document and save your changes.
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each document that you want to upload.
  8. Save your changes to the tool.

What to do next

Run the Process Agent Documents scheduled process. When this job completes, the documents will be in Published status and the email assistant can use them to respond to candidate emails.
