Select Update on the drawer panel.
-
Review the agent details in the Agent Designer and publish it.
The agent will start running from the start time you specified in the
Schedule section.
What to do next
To change the schedule, signature or header, search for the copy of the template you
created on the Agent Teams tab and edit it.
If want to enable the Recruiting Inbox Document Processing Agent and you’re still
using the previous version of the Recruiting Email Agent Template, delete the
schedule that's already set up. Make a new copy of the template and schedule this
new copy. It’s recommended to run it every 5 minutes. This will execute both the
Recruiting Inbox Response Agent and Recruiting Inbox Document Processing Agent in a
sequential manner.
To stop running the agent, delete the schedule and republish the agent.
