How You Add Review Population Members
You add review population members in the Meeting review population step of the Talent Review meeting configuration guided process.
The persons you can add as review population members depends on how the person records are secured. If they are secured by areas of responsibility, then the people you can add depends on your assigned areas of responsibility. If they are secured by manager hierarchy, then you can add people only in your hierarchy.

You can review the persons added and remove those who you don't want to be part of the Talent Review meeting.
