How do I create a digest email?

  1. Go to Setup and Maintenance > > HCM Communicate > > Employee Communications > Manage Communicate Info.
  2. Define the digest email details including the sender profile and frequency.
  3. Select a start date in the future when the digest email will be sent.
  4. In the HTML designer, you can update these options:
    1. Subject and message body.
    2. In the widget, decide if you want to send recommendations about communications and events, just communications or just events.
    3. In the widget, make minor updates such as changing the text color and size.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Activate the digest email. You can update it after it's activated.
  7. Configure the Prepare and Send Communicate Digest Emails scheduled process.
  8. Select a frequency that matches the digest email frequency. Set the time to 23.59 to ensure it includes any communications from that day.
