Set up express email template and communication team
Define a simplified communication team and express email template to quickly create a campaign for an event.

Create an express email template.
- Go to .
- Enter the required template details and choose Express Communication Template as the template type.
- Select Save.
- Activate the template on the Manage Email Templates page.

Create an express communication team.
- Go to .
- Select Add, then select Express Communication Team.
- Fill in the team details, making sure to link the express email template you created.
- Save and close.
- Finally, activate the team on the Manage Communication Teams page.
