Set up express email template and communication team

Define a simplified communication team and express email template to quickly create a campaign for an event.

  1. Create an express email template.
    1. Go to Setup and Maintenance > HCM Communicate > Employee Communications > Manage Email Templates.
    2. Enter the required template details and choose Express Communication Template as the template type.
    3. Select Save.
    4. Activate the template on the Manage Email Templates page.
  2. Create an express communication team.
    1. Go to Setup and Maintenance > HCM Communicate > Employee Communications > Manage Communication Teams.
    2. Select Add, then select Express Communication Team.
    3. Fill in the team details, making sure to link the express email template you created.
    4. Save and close.
    5. Finally, activate the team on the Manage Communication Teams page.
