Introduction

Set up Dynamic Skills in an environment that's new to Dynamic Skills and has no existing Dynamic Skills configuration or transaction data. This chapter doesn't cover upgrading from an earlier version of Dynamic Skills. For upgrading, see the next chapter, Advanced Implementation for Legacy Dynamic Skills.

Before You Begin

• Confirm that you use Redwood for Talent Setup and Talent Management and that these profile options are enabled:
  • ORA_HRT_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_HRT_TRANSACTIONAL_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• Enable ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT to enable AI skill suggestions in Enhanced Skills Center.
