Bootstrap Enhanced Dynamic Skills

1. Go to Tools > Scheduled Processes and select Schedule New Process.
2. Select Prepare Application for Skills Enrichment.
3. Set Run Mode to Preview Upgrade.
4. Set all other options to No and submit the process.
5. Review the log. Correct any reported issues and rerun the process.
6. Confirm that the log includes this message: “The profile option ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED will be set to Y.”
7. Resubmit the process with Run Mode set to Run Upgrade.
