Set up Oracle Search

1. Go to Tools > Scheduled Processes and submit the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process.
2. Set the Index Name to Reingest parameter to fa-hcm-contentitem.
3. Confirm that the initial ingest completes successfully.
   The initial ingest typically takes less than 10 minutes.
