- Lightcast Skills Library - A delivered library from Lightcast, an Oracle skills library supplier. For details, see http://www.lightcast.io.
- Learning Provider Skills Library - Contains skills added by the Learning Provider skill import process, if it's run. This library is active by default. If you don't plan to use it, you can deactivate it.
- To define business drivers and business capabilities for skills, create the lookup values in ORA_HRT_BUSINESS_DRIVER and ORA_HRT_BUSINESS_CAPABILITY lists of values (LOVs). These configurable LOVs let customers further classify skills.
