Verify the setup

  1. Sign in as a pilot employee whose role includes the Access Skills Center privilege (ORA_HRT_ACCESS_SKILLS_CENTER).
  2. Search for Skills Center in global search and open it.
  3. Add a skill from an approved catalog, save your changes, and reopen Skills Center to confirm that the skill is available.
  4. Sign in as a user who isn't assigned to a launch role and confirm that access to Skills Center is denied.
