Enable Job Type Lookup Values for Contingent Hiring

You can enable job type lookup values for the Job Type field for contingent hiring. These values are useful for customers who hire contractors for filling their temporary and short term positions.

The lookup codes are disabled by default. To enable them for contingent hiring, use the common lookup type called ORA_IRC_JOB_TYPE in the Manage Common Lookups task, in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for the task Manage Common Lookups.
2. On the Manage Common Lookups page, search for the lookup type ORA_IRC_JOB_TYPE.
3. Select the lookup codes you want to enable.
4. Click Save and Close.
