Update the Address of External Contingent Workers

You can allow recruiting users to update the address of contingent workers.

To allow any recruiting user to update a contingent worker address when the contingent worker is treated as external candidate, you need to set the profile option ORA_IRC_ALLOW_CWK_EXT_RECRUITER_ADDRESS_UPDATE to Y.

Note: When set to Y, contingent workers treated as external candidate might not be able to apply through Direct Apply partners, as they usually include the candidate address. The REST service will prevent updating the candidate file.

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
2. Click Search.
3. Search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
4. Click the task name.
5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code ORA_IRC_ALLOW_CWK_EXT_RECRUITER_ADDRESS_UPDATE.
6. Set the profile value to Y.
7. Click Save and Close.
