Launch Manager Edge

You launch Manager Edge by a guided journey on Team Touchpoints page. Selecting the guided journey opens a drawer displays where you enter your own query or use one of the seeded, sample query to get started.

After you submit a query, Manager Edge analyzes your request and retrieves relevant information from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including goals, check-ins, team syncs, requested and anytime feedback, recognition, awards, and performance documents. It then synthesizes this information into a unified, contextual view of the employee's progress, highlighting key themes, accomplishments, potential concerns, coaching opportunities, and recommended next steps to help you prepare for productive one-on-one conversations.

IF your query doesn't specify a time period, then Manager Edge uses the following default time period when generating a response:
