In Redwood, AI matching ratings help recruiting users evaluate how well candidate
applications align with job requisition requirements. Generative AI analyzes candidate and
requisition information and generates ratings on a scale of 0 to 5 for these categories:
Education, Experience, Skills, Profile.
-
Enable AI matching ratings.
-
Go to Setup and Maintenance > Search > Manage Administrator Profile
Values.
-
Set the site profile value to Y for these profile options:
- ORA_IRC_APPLICANT_AI_SCORES_FEATURE_ENABLED: Enables the AI matching
rating feature.
- ORA_IRC_AUTO_COMPUTE_JA_SCORES_ON_CREATION: Calculates ratings when a
job application is created.

to a specific phase and state.
-
Go to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience >
Candidate Job Applications > Candidate Selection Process
Configuration.
-
Add the Calculate Candidate Matching Rating action to the appropriate
phase and state in the candidate selection process. When a job
application moves to the configured phase and state, the matching
ratings are calculated automatically.
-
-
Enable and configure job application ratings by defining the weight, or
relative importance, of: Education, Experience, Skills. The combined weights for
education, experience, and skills must equal 1.
-
Go to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience >
Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management > Enterprise Recruiting
and Candidate Experience Information > AI Rating.
After you change the weights, recruiting users must calculate the ratings
again using the Generate Application Insights action for the new weights to take
effect.
