Recruiting Activity Center activities

Seeing an activity depends on the application, requisition, or offer status. Activities appear either automatically or after the Synchronize Recruiting Activity Center Action Items scheduled process runs. And each activity has its own default display time frame.

When an activity is generated but then dismissed by the user, the activity won’t be created again unless the conditions to generate the activity are met again.

Application activities

Requisition activities

Expired career site posting	Open – Posted Open - Expired	The internal or external career site posting has expired and the requisition hasn't been posted on any career site since expiry.	Immediately	Scheduled process
Expired staffing agents invitations	Open - Not Posted Open - Scheduled Open - Posted Open - Expired Open - Unposted Open - Suspended	The expiration date and time for an invitation has passed. Only applicable for invitations which have been sent (not applicable if the agent hasn't been invited yet).	Immediately	Scheduled process
No applications lately	Open - Posted	No new job applications have been added to the requisition in the configured time frame. For example, if the time frame is set to 7, it means that no new applications have been added in the last 7 days. Doesn't consider draft applications.	After 7 days	Scheduled process
