Set up Recruiting Activity Center

Hiring team members can use Recruiting Activity Center to view recruiting activities across job requisitions, applications, and offers they own, see which activities require immediate action, and take action to move candidates through screening and hiring.

  1. Set the site profile value to Y for the ORA_IRC_ENABLE_RAC profile option.
    Go to Setup and Maintenance > Search > Manage Administrator Profile Values.
  2. Configure and enable activity items you want to display.
    Go to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management > Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information > Configure Activity Centers.
  3. Assign the Access Recruiting Activity Center (ORA_IRC_ACCESS_RECRUITING_ACTIVITY_CENTER_DUTY) duty role.
    Go to Navigator > Tools > Security Console.
  4. Run the Synchronize Recruiting Activity Center Action Items scheduled process every day to generate and update activity items.
    Go to Navigator > Tools > Scheduled Processes > Schedule New Process.
  5. Test your setup.
    1. Sign in as a recruiter.
    2. Go to My Client Groups > Hiring.
    3. Verify if the activity items you enabled are displayed as configured.
