About Social Sourcing
Sourcing is a web-service portal for organizations offering talent acquisition services such as career sites, job postings, job promotion campaigns and messages, employee referrals of candidates and applications.
Sourcing integrates with social media channels (such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter), recruiting and career applications such as Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition or Oracle Taleo Business Edition (TBE), and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
A job site for external candidates to look for jobs, apply, and review their profile and submissions.
A site for internal users to use the job sharing and referral features.
Both of the above.
