Customizing Text in the Customer Support Section

The Communication Channel Mode setting in the user's configuration profile must be set to Default or Customized.

The Customer Support Section setting in the user's configuration profile must be set to Yes.

Configuration > [SmartOrg] Administration > [Users] Configuration Profiles
  1. Click on a configuration profile.
  2. Click on the Customer Support Text setting.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter the desired text for each activated language.
  5. Click Save.

The text is displayed in the Customer Support section of the Recruiting Center Communications channel.

Note that if the Customer Support section is enabled, but the Customer Support Text is empty, then the default text provided in the Customer Support String setting will be displayed.
