Disabling a User-defined Selection

The Manage user-defined fields, e-signatures, and user-defined reporting permission is required.

The user-defined selection must be enabled.

Configuration > [Onboarding (Transitions)] Administration > User-defined Selections

  1. Click a user-defined selection.
  2. Click Deactivate.
Once a user-defined selection is disabled, it is no longer available to be selected by the Onboarding (Transitions) administrator when defining new user-defined fields. However, forms that include user-defined fields based on this user-defined selection that had been assigned and completed in the past for prior candidates/new hires will still preserve the selection that was chosen when the assignee submitted the form.
