Defining Parameters

Before you start

The Access Embedded Reporting Management user type permission is required.

Configuration > Recruiting Administration > Embedded Reporting Administration

Here's what to do

  1. Click Data Model Definitions.
  2. Click on the desired data model definition.
  3. Click Edit next to Parameters.
  4. Provide a name.
  5. Select a data type. Possible values are: String, Integer, Float, Boolean, Date.
  6. Provide a default value.
  7. Enter a type of parameter. Possible values are: Menu, Text, Date.
  8. Enter a display label. This label appears in the Recruiting Center Report List.
  9. Enter the text field size.
  10. In the Options section, provide any other required information.
  11. Click Save.
