Enabling Artifact Labels

Enabling Artifact Labels for Task Manager allows Administrators to enter translated labels in different languages for artifact properties such as a Task’s name or description. These labels will be displayed to users based on their language preference. If an Artifact Label hasn’t been entered for the user’s preferred language, then the original label entered in the artifact property, or the default artifact label, is shown.

To enable artifact labels:

1. Go to Applications > Task Manager > System Settings.

   The Manage System Settings page is displayed.

2. Click Translation and then select the Enable Artifact Labels option.

   The setting is saved and will be effective after you re-login.

   When you re-login, to access Artifact Labels, go to Application > Task Manager and click the Artifact Labels icon on the left. The Artifact Labels page is displayed.
