Viewing Task Type History

The system maintains a history of Task Type actions, which you can view from the View Task Types dialog box. The History tab displays the components that were updated, the modification type, the old and new values, the user who made the modification, and the change date. The information on the History tab is read-only and cannot be changed.

To view Task Type history:

1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Task Manager.
2. Click the Task Types tab on the left.
3. Select a Task Type and click Edit.
4. Select the History tab.
5. When you finish, click Save and Close or Cancel.
