Importing Operational Dashboards

Service Administrators can import dashboards that were previously exported using the Export option

Note:

You must have the Manage Dashboard privilege to import the operational dashboards.

To import a dashboard:

  1. From Home, click Library, then Dashboards.

    The Operational Dashboards page is displayed.

  2. Click Import.

    The Import Operational Dashboards dialog is displayed.

  3. In File, click Browse and specify the JSON file that contains the dashboard that you want to import..
  4. Click Import.

    The Status field displays the status of the import.

  5. If the import completed successfully, click OK.

The imported dashboard is displayed in the Operational Dashboards page.

If the import file contains dashboards that have the same name as those in the Dashboards page, then these dashboards are updated.
