Running Operational Dashboards

Users can run dashboards for which they have been granted access.

When a dashboard is run, the latest data is displayed in the various charts and pivot views in the dashboard.

To run a dashboard:

1. From Home, click Library, then Operational Dashboards.

   The Dashboards page is displayed.

2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the dashboard you want to run and then click the Run icon.
   • Click the Actions icon for the dashboard you want to run and select Run.

   • Open a dashboard and click the Run icon.

     The dashboard is displayed in runtime mode in a new tab with the latest data.

     Note:

     If the dashboard is already open for running or editing, it will shift the focus to that tab and place it in run mode.
3. If required, filter the displayed data. See Applying Filters to Data Displayed Within Operational Dashboards.
