• Create a Global Rule if the details of the Global Rule applies to 60%+ of Jurisdictions
• Create a Jurisdiction Rule if the details of the Jurisdiction Rule of the entities apply to 60%+ of the entities of that Jurisdiction
• Only the Enabled/Disabled columns can be overridden at a lower level
• Never override the details of a Global Rule at the Jurisdiction level or Entity level
• Never override the details of a Jurisdiction rule at the Entity level
• If needed, disable Global level rule and create a new Jurisdiction or Entity level rule
• If needed, disable Jurisdiction level rule and create a new Entity level rule
