Assigning Permission to Forms and Dashboards
You can assign access to authorized users to forms and dashboards from the Library.
To assign permission:
- From the Home page, select the Library.
- Select the Forms or Dashboards tab.
- Select the form or dashboard to which you want to assign permission.
- Under Actions, select Assign Permission.
- On the Assign Permission dialog box, click Permissions.
- Optional: Click Add User/Group to add a new user or group to the list of available users, and then click OK.
- Select the level of Permission you want to apply to the selected user or group, and then click OK:
- Read
- Write
- None
- Delete
