Assigning Permission to Forms and Dashboards

The Library enables administrators to assign precise access permissions to users or groups for forms and dashboards, ensuring secure and efficient resource management.

To assign permission:

  1. From the Home page, select the Library.
  2. Select the Forms or Dashboards tab.
  3. Select the form or dashboard to which you want to assign permission.
  4. Under Actions, select Assign Permission.
  5. On the Assign Permission dialog box, click Permissions.

  6. Optional: Click Add User/Group to add a new user or group to the list of available users, and then click OK.
  7. Select the level of Permission you want to apply to the selected user or group, and then click OK:
    • Read
    • Write
    • None
    • Delete
