Connect to Intelligent Track and Trace APIs Using Fixed Credentials

This method allows a specific user to access all Track and Trace resources irrespective of who is using the VBCS application. This method is used in case of anonymous access to VBCS or where the VBCS user is not a Track and Trace user.
