Charter Voyage Agent Actions

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent.

If you select CHARTER VOYAGE in the Agent Type field and do not select anything in the Data Type Association field, the agent actions listed here are available.

To use agent actions from other agent types (business objects), select the appropriate data type association. By selecting a data type association, an automation agent of one agent type (business object) can run related agent actions of a different agent type (business object). For example, an automation agent with a shipment agent type can run agent actions available for the order release agent type. To do this, select a data type association of SHIPMENT TO ORDER RELEASE. See the actions topic for more details.

Ad Hoc Notify Contact	This is a utility agent action. See Ad Hoc Notify Contact.
Assign Variable	This is a utility agent action. See Assign Variable.
Call Service	This is a utility agent action. See Call Service.
Change Consol Status	Use this agent action to change various statuses for the consol and consol shipment that is linked to a charter voyage. Parameters: Status: This parameter has the following options: FROM OPEN TO CLOSE: If this value is selected, then the action, CloseConsolAction, will be called. It changes the statuses for all consols for this charter voyage from OPEN to CLOSE. In addition, all related shipments' statuses change from RESERVATION-OPEN to RESERVATION_CLOSED. FROM PRE-COMMITTED TO COMMITTED: If this value is selected, then the action, CommitConsolCapacityAction, will be called. It changes the statuses for all the consols for this charter voyage from PRE-COMMITTED to COMMITTED. FROM CLOSE TO OPEN: If this value is selected, then the action, OpenConsolAction, will be called. It changes all the consols' status for this charter voyage from CLOSE to OPEN. The statuses for all related shipments change from RESERVATION-CLOSED to RESERVATION_OPEN. FROM UN-COMMITTED TO PRE-COMMITTED: If this value is selected, then the action, PreCommitConsolCapacityAction, will be called. It changes all the consols' statuses for this charter voyage from UN-COMMITTED to PRE-COMMITTED, and booked capacity is also copied to the committed field. FROM COMMITTED TO PRE-COMMITTED: If this value is selected, then the action, UnCommitConsolCapacityAction, will be called. It changes all the consols' statuses for this charter voyage from COMMITTED to PRE-COMMITTED. FROM PRE-COMMITTED TO UN-COMMITTED: If this value is selected, then the action, UnPreCommitConsolCapacityAction, will be called. It changes all the consols' statuses for this charter voyage from PRE-COMMITTED to UN-COMMITTED. Perspective: Select B for buy perspective, S for sell perspective, or A for all perspectives.
