Order Base Ship Unit Release Instruction Agent Actions

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent.

If you select ORDER BASE SHIP UNIT RELEASE INSTRUCTION in the Agent Type field and do not select anything in the Data Type Association field, the agent actions listed here are available.

To use agent actions from other agent types (business objects), select the appropriate data type association. By selecting a data type association, an automation agent of one agent type (business object) can run related agent actions of a different agent type (business object). For example, an automation agent with a shipment agent type can run agent actions available for the order release agent type. To do this, select a data type association of SHIPMENT TO ORDER RELEASE. OBSU Release Instruction - Delete Release Instr	This agent action deletes an order release and any associated order releases.
OBSU Release Instruction - Propagate Changes	This agent action applies date and quantity changes from the order base ship unit release instruction to the existing order release, order movements, and shipments for order releases. With this agent action, you can select what changes to propagate using the parameters. Parameters: Propagate OBSU Release Instruction Pickup Dates Propagate OBSU Release Instruction Delivery Dates Re-calculate Cost Propagate OBSU Release Instruction Quantity Changes
OBSU Release Instruction - Re-Release	When this agent action is run a release instruction is re-released. If supplied with a release instruction ID and an order base line/ship unit ID, this agent action finds the related order release. If that order release is planned, the agent action unassigns it. The agent action then deletes any related order movements and deletes the order release. Next, it reuses the release instructions to create an order release.
