Location Public Automation Agents

Oracle Transportation Management provides sample automation agents in the PUBLIC domain. It is recommended that all PUBLIC automation agents be deactivated upon installation. You can make copies of these PUBLIC automation agents in non-public domains. In these non-public domains, you can make changes to the sample automation agents so that they fit your business process.

Note: PUBLIC automation agents should never be deleted.

The following PUBLIC automation agents are available for the agent type of LOCATION.

Credit Check - Location Status Changed

This is a sample automation agent for placing/removing credit hold status for order bases with the corresponding BILL_TO party.

This automation agent is not active by default.

Triggering Event

LOCATION - STATUS CHANGED

Event Restrictions:

• Source must be INTEGRATION or USER.
• Status values of CREDIT LEVEL must be CREDIT_LEVEL_APPROVED or CREDIT_LEVEL_HELD.

Actions

For each order base with a with a BILL_TO involved party location equal to the given location RAISE EVENT: ORDER BASE - CREDIT RELEASE for all order bases.
