Vessel Schedules

This page is accessed via:

• Ask Oracle > Vessel Schedules
• Operational Planning > Ask Oracle > Vessel Schedules

This query can find vessel schedules or charter voyages based on search criteria that you enter.

Note: Vessel Schedules are not provided with Oracle Transportation Management. To use this feature, your organization must first obtain schedule data from a public provider or add Voyage Schedules using the Schedule Manager.

The Vessel Schedules query provides vessel schedules from and to ports around the world. The information provided includes:

• Departure and arrival dates
• Voyage number, itinerary, and other details
• Service
• Vessel name
• Rate

Asking Oracle about Vessel Schedules:

1. Choose Voyage (vessel schedule) or Charter Voyage.
2. Enter the Port Departing From and Port Arriving At or enter the city/country for the port.
3. Oracle Transportation Management provides a library of public data representing most of the world's ports. If you still need to add a new port, you can do so in the Location Manager.
4. Enter a city or country to narrow the search for vessel schedules. These fields do not appear if you selected Charter Voyage.
5. For a charter voyage, you can search by Voyage Stowage Mode.
6. Enter a Service Provider ID. You can also leave the field empty to find schedules for all available service providers.
7. Select To Depart After or To Arrive By, and then enter an Arrival/Departure Date.
8. Click find schedules.
9. To save this query for future use, click Save.
10. The Results page lists schedules and summaries.
    • To sort the results, select Sort By parameters, and then click Sort.
