Tracking Event Manager: Involved Parties

This page is accessed via:

• Fleet Management > Visibility > Tracking Event. Click the Involved Parties tab.
• Shipment Management > Visibility > Tracking Event. Click the Involved Parties tab.

Adding a Tracking Event: Involved Parties Details:

The involved party details are used only by the Match Shipment Group agent action to identify shipment groups.

Enter details for the Involved Parties:

1. Enter an Object Type. For example, if you select the SHIPMENT GROUP object type, the following Involved Party Contact, Communication Method, and Involved Party Qualifier ID fields are related to the selected ship group object.

2. Enter an Involved Party Contact.

3. Enter a Communication Method.

4. Enter an Involved Party Qualifier ID.

5. Click Save.
