Tender Offer Status

The tender offer statuses defines the status of a tender offer made by the planner to the service provider.

• NOT APPLICABLE: Action has already been taken regarding the tender offer for this shipment. The tender has either been accepted or rejected. You cannot take action regarding the tender for this shipment.
• OUTSTANDING: A tender offer was made by a planner for the current shipment. You can accept or reject the tender offer.
• PARTIALLY ACCEPTED: Initial tender offer was accepted but not accepted in its entirety. What remains in the PARTIALLY ACCEPTED status still needs tendering.
• TENDER CONFIRMED: The planner reviewed the tender and approved it.
• TIMED OUT: The respond by date and time for this shipment is passed. After the respond by date you cannot accept or reject the tender for the shipment.
• WITHDRAWN: The tender offer was cancelled by the planner.
• VOUCHER GUARANTEED DELIVERY: Available in a future release.

You can define which statuses are displayed for each user by creating a status type filter and then using Manage User Access to associate the User Access Type of Status Type Filter with a particular user. When you have done so, a small arrow appears near the top of the Status window. Clicking the arrow displays all of the statuses, not just the ones displayed by the filter. Bold statuses are ones that appear in the filter, and regular ones are statuses hidden by the filter.
