GTM Location: Communication and Remarks

This page is accessed via Master Data > Locations. Then click the Communication and Remarks tab. Use this page to manage location information which is part of Party, Item, and Transaction records.

Primary Contact & Preferences

Use this section to record information about the location's primary contact and communication preferences.

Contact Preferences

Use this section to record preferences that should be observed or noted when communicating with the location.

1. Select a preference from the Preference drop-down list.
2. Enter a corresponding value in the Value field.
3. Click Save.

   Note: You can record information about multiple preferences.

Additional Contacts

Use this section to record information about other contacts at the location.

Remarks

1. Choose a qualifier from the Remark Qualifier ID drop-down list.
2. Enter text in the Remark Text field.
3. Click Save.

   Note: You can add multiple remarks.
