Procedure Details

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Declarations > Procedure Details.

Procedure details is used to provide additional details regarding the procedure you have specified. In the European Union, the procedure details can either be at the national level or at the community level. For example, in the European Union a valid procedure detail for a declaration type of import is “Compensating products returning after repair under guarantee”. In the European Union, the procedure is reported in box 37.2 on the Single Administrative Document.

You can add procedure details to a declaration or a declaration line, and use it for customs filing.

Adding Procedure Detail

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Procedure Detail ID field.
2. Enter the procedure detail name in the Name field.
3. Enter the procedure detail code in the Code field.
4. If desired, enter additional information about the procedure detail in the Description field.
5. Enter an ID in the Declaration Type Profile field to add profile details.
6. Select a domain in which this procedure detail will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
7. Click Finished.
