Justification Codes

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Configurations > Justification Codes.

Use this page to add justification codes. These justification codes are mapped to preference criteria. When you perform the Qualify for Trade Agreement action, the system will use these mappings to associate the justification codes and preference criteria to the item qualification.

Adding a Reason Code

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Justification Code field. You will use this ID when you refer to this reason code on other pages.
2. Enter the type of reason in the Justification Type field.
3. Enter the details of the reason in the Description field.
4. Select a domain in which this reason code will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
5. Click Finished.
