Order Base Line Item Status

This page is accessed via Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base Line > Status.

The Status Type and Value fields display the current release status of a line item for a specific order base.

Every new order base line item is assigned the following internal status type:

• LINE RELEASE STATUS: identifies the current release status as described below.

• RELEASE CONTROL LINE: identifies if you can allow the lines to be released.

Note: You can also assign external Status Types and Values that you create in Power Data.

Note: The assignment of these values is controlled by the LINE RELEASE STATUS public automation agent.

You can define which statuses are displayed for each user by creating a status type filter and then using Manage User Access to associate the User Access Type of Status Type Filter with a particular user. When you have done so, a small arrow appears near the top of the Status window. Clicking the arrow displays all of the statuses, not just the ones displayed by the filter. Bold statuses are ones that appear in the filter, and regular ones are statuses hidden by the filter.
