Apply Customer Template

This action is accessed via:

• Order Management > Order Release > Order Release or Order Release With Stops > Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Apply Customer Template
• Brokerage and Forwarding > Booking > Freight Forwarding > Actions > Apply Customer Template

This action applies a customer template to an order.

Oracle Transportation Management finds the customer from the original order's involved parties. The customer ID finds the only active order release template. The template is applied to the original order based on the Template Copy Type. The order property glog.order.order_owner.inv_party_qual determines the default involved party. The default is ORDEROWNER.
