Map Order Releases

This page is accessed via:

• Order Management > Order Release > Order Release > Actions > Order Management > Map > Map Order Releases
• Brokerage and Forwarding > Booking > Freight Forwarding > Actions > Map > Map Order Releases

Note: The use of advanced layouts has been deprecated as of the 6.4.3 release. This action now uses a workbench layout and works as described in this topic.

Note: To create a new workbench layout for this action, refer to Setting up a Layout for use with an OTM Action.

Running this action displays the selected order releases on a workbench layout which includes the following regions:

• Order Release table: This table lists the selected order releases. Since the Add to Map option is selected by default, all orders display on the map. Scroll to the right to see more information about each order release such as source/destination location, start/end dates, and status such as PLANNED, NEW, etc.
• Buy Shipment table: This table lists the buy shipment associated to the order release highlighted in the Order Release table.
• Map: By default, all selected order releases display on the map. Each order release's source and destination location appear as endpoints with a connector line between.
