Appointment Priority

This page is accessed via Operational Planning > Power Data > Appointments > Appointment Priority.

This page is used to enter appointment priorities. If the location has the Use Appointment Priority check box selected, then appointments with lower priorities can be bumped by appointments of higher priorities if a feasible appointment cannot be made within shipment time windows. You can manually set appointment priorities on buy shipments, or can run the Set Appointment Priority action.

Defining an Appointment Priority

1. Enter an Appointment Priority ID.
2. Enter a Priority Ranking. The lower the number, the higher the priority.
3. Enter a Description for the priority.
4. Select a domain in which the appointment priority will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
5. Click Finished.
