Document Context Qualifier

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Document Generation > Document Context Qualifier.

Document context qualifiers work as a unique identifier tag which you can specify on the Document Manager and later use to retrieve the document. Qualifiers are used to define the meaning of these numbers and text. For example, you can record a reference number on a shipment and identify it as a service provider PRO number. Any document can have different properties associated with it, document number, and who has uploaded the document. Document context is a way to identify these properties. For example, a document number from an insurance document is a context qualifier.

Adding a Document Context Qualifier:

1. Enter a Document Context Qualifier ID.
2. Enter a Description.
3. Select a Domain.
4. Click Finished.
