The Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) is a standard numerical code system developed by the United Nations to classify commodities used in international trade.

Oracle Transportation Management provides a list of SITC codes that you can use or you can add your own. You can assign one of these codes to an item or assign multiple codes to a flexible commodity.
