Charge Token Set

Note: BluJay Solutions Parcel (formerly Kewill Flagship Parcel Rates) is not supported.

This page is accessed via Contract and Rate Management > Power Data > Rates and Codes > Charge Token Set.

Use this page to define charge token sets for external rating engines. You can only define a Charge token once in a charge token set.

  1. Enter a Charge Token Set ID.
  2. Enter the Description of the charge token set.
  3. Enter an Uncategorized Accessorial Code. The accessorial code is used to report uncategorized charges that are calculated by the external rating engine.
  4. Select the Engine Type field to define the rating engine to which this token set belongs.
  5. Select a domain for the charge token set from the Domain Name drop-down list.

Note: The parameter KEWILL CHARGE TOKEN SET or FEDEX CHARGE TOKEN SET needs to be provided in the parameter set. The system performs a rating using the charge token set, which is a part of the parameter set. OTM provides the following default charge token set in the DEFAULT parameter set:
- For the parameter KEWILL CHARGE TOKEN SET, the default value is DEFAULT_KCTSET.
- For the parameter FEDEX CHARGE TOKEN SET, the default value is DEFAULT_FEDEX_CTSET.

Charge Tokens

  1. Enter a Charge Token.
  2. Enter an Accessorial Code.
  3. Click Save.

Note: If there is an accessorial code mapped to a charge token, then the cost associated with the charge token is considered an 'Accessorial' cost type.
If you define a charge token and do not map an accessorial code, the cost associated with the charge token is considered an 'Other' cost type.
If a charge token is not defined in the set, the cost associated with the charge token is considered an uncategorized cost type.
