Assign Tender Contact

Assign Tender Contact enables you to override (change) the established Tender Contact for a shipment on a shipment-by-shipment basis.

This action is accessed via the following pages. From any of the following, select Actions >Shipment Management > Tender > Assign Tender Contact:

• Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments
• Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Sell Shipments

Note: Tender Contacts on shipments originally marked as Tender Contact Fixed cannot be overridden.

Performing the Assign Tender Contact action checks that the shipment is in the SECURE_RESOURCES=NOT_STARTED, RESOURCES_DECLINED, or SECURE RESOURCES_WITHDRAWN status before allowing the Tender Contact to be changed. The action also marks the Tender Contact as fixed.

Select a Contact ID and then click OK to run the action.
