Assign to Route Instance Leg

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > Actions > Operational Planning > Route Execution > Assign to Route Instance Leg.

This action enables you to manually assign an existing shipment to a route instance leg.

You have the option of adding constraints:

1. Select any constraints to be checked (Region, Time Window, Equipment Compatibility, Transport Mode, Order Compatibility, Shipment Compatibility, Location Incompatibility).
2. In the Assigned Route Instance ID field, enter a specific route instance leg.
   OR
   Click Find Potential Route Instance Legs. This may find instance legs that do not fit within the constraints.
3. Optionally, enter a Parameter Set ID.
4. Click OK to run the action.
