Book to Buy Consol

A freight forwarder starts with a group of house bills or a set of sell shipments. They have also reserved flights. For each flight reservation, there is a consol for defining the reserved capacity of the flight. The sell shipments then need to be booked to consols to create buy shipments using this action.

This action finds the related buy order movements for the given sell shipment and picks the order movement on the primary leg. It then books the shipment to the earliest feasible buy flight consol.
